Today we had our Mardi Gras celebration, our birthday party and our special birthday party lunch for the month. We had corned beef, cabbage and potatoes. It was delicious, the children really enjoyed it! We also had fresh, HOMEMADE, chocolate birthday cake with fresh whipped cream and green icing for St.Patrick"s Day. YUMMY!!!!!!!!
We also had an Irish song mini-concert today at IAAS. We had Tenor Sean Fallen sing some Irish songs for us today. He sang three songs from Ireland for us. The songs were "Red is the rose, Molly Mallone and When Irish eyes are smiling."
