Fan making Wednesday!

Happy Wednesday everyone!
This has been one of the cooler days we've had so far, making outdoor play much more enjoyable since we had a nice cool breeze to go along with it. Today we made interesting fans, some are designed with fish and others with watermelon! We enjoyed this fan project very much since we will be able to use them on these hot summer days!

So much imagination is involved during outdoor play!
Some of us like to pretend we are squirrels and climb trees

Some of us like to pretend we're at the beach and build sand castles!

Others like to go up and down the slide!

This outdoor toy is our absolute favorite since it can fit so many of us!

Digging for worms is a very popular thing to do here at IAAS!

Let's get ready for circle time!

The "Rise and Shine" song with Ms.Emily is always a blast!

Let's get really low and whisper (shhh!)

Calendar time with Ms.Melinda, "How do you spell July?"

Let's count how many days we've completed this month with Hiroko Sensei!

Time for our fan project!

We love using crayons to color our fish tanks!

Stamp, Stamp, Stamp!

Look how beautiful!

We're making watermelon!

Adding black seeds with tiny paint brushes!

So much detail!

After we're finished we can have free time!

We love these books!

Wow! That's a lot of trains!

Water play with the Penguins!

We love pretending to water flowers!

Time to get changed and have lunch!

Yum!

We enjoy chatting with our teachers and friends during lunch!

Before nap, we read books with our lovely teachers

We had a lot of fun today, but we always do here at IAAS! We are very excited to have swimming tomorrow, it's our absolute favorite part of the week!
