Happy Monday!!!
Today we stayed inside since the weather was very rainy!
This week and next week we have a Lilo and Stitch Theme!
We got to read the story of Lilo and Stitch in both English and Japanese!
The Starfish Class worked on making paper Palm Tree Art by using paint, markers, coffee filters, and water in spray bottles!
We used brown paint to make the palm tree trunk!
Next, we colored coffee filters with green markers!
Finally, we used spray bottles to spray water on to the coffee filters and watched the magic happen! So cool!
In the Jellyfish Class, we also made palm trees! We used paper, pencil and glue!
First we traced our own hand prints on green paper. Next, we cut out our hand prints and glued them as the palm tree leaves! We used brown paper to make the palm tree trunk.
The weather was still rainy before lunch, so we had some indoor recess with Go Noodle! We followed a long dancing and singing!
